S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) and the Port of Stockton (Port) submitted information on 26 <br /> and 27 July 1999 and 12 October 1999 for a Notice of Intent (NOI) for use of General Order No. 96-220 <br /> for a proposed maintenance dredging project along the Stockton Deep Water ship Channel. On 30 July <br /> 1999 a Conditional Notice of Applicability was issued by our office due to the lack of a Disposal Plan, a <br /> Water Quality and Testing Plan, and a Toxicity and Contaminant Reduction Plan as required under <br /> General Order no. 96-220.
