However, because a hydraulic dredging method is now being used in place of the clam shell <br /> procedure we have added one additional Waste Discharge Waiver condition that must be met. Specifically <br /> there will be zero discharge of dredged return water to surface waters from the Disposal Site No. 1, i.e., <br /> all dredged sediments and dredge generated water must be contained within the disposal site. <br /> The previously identified requirements for the Stockton Sailing Club Marina dredging are still applicable <br /> and must be performed. <br /> If you require any additional information please call me at(916)255-3030. <br /> MICHAEL H.
