Additional DMD site information <br /> a. Liquid Mass balance for sedimentation ponds(s), <br /> b. Volume of each sedimentation pond, <br /> c. Calculations and analyses for determining minimum holding times required for dredge <br /> materials before decanting liquids to the river. <br /> E. Additional Receiving Water Requirements <br /> 1. If the total concentration(s) of the predredge sediment samples exceed those specified in <br /> Applicability Section A.3, and decant water is to be returned to the San Joaquin River, then a <br /> technical report may be submitted to the Executive Officer for review and approval. The <br /> technical report must be be prepared in accordance with Provision F.1 <br />
