ATTACHMENT B -3- <br /> US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS <br /> PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> MAINTENANCE DREDGING STOCKTON DEEP WATER SHIP CHANNEL <br /> CONTRA COSTA, SACRAMENTO, & SAN JOAQUIN COUNTIES <br /> (5) Sampling points in sedimentation ponds and return flow receiving water monitoring <br /> points in San Joaquin River, <br /> (6) Locations where Best Management Practices will be applied to prevent erosion, <br /> (7) Pre-disposal topographical contours across the site, tied to Mean Sea Level (MSL), <br /> (8) High and low water river elevations adjacent the DMD tied to MSL. <br /> 3. Additional DMD site information <br /> a. Liquid Mass balance for sedimentation ponds(s), <br /> b. Volume of each sedimentation pond, <br /> c. Calculations and analyses for determining minimum holding times required for dredge <br /> materials before decanting liquids to the river. <br /> E. Additional Receiving Water Requirements <br /> 1. If the total concentration(s) of the predredge sediment samples exceed those specified in <br /> Applicability Section A.3, and decant water is to be returned to the San Joaquin River, then a <br /> technical report may be submitted to the Executive Officer for review and approval. The <br /> technical report must be be prepared in accordance with Provision F.1 <br />
