(AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurf ace <br /> investigation at East Harding Way, Stockton,California(the site).The subs irface investigatio•I is <br /> being conducted to assess the soil and ground water for possible contamination based on informal ion <br /> obtained during a due diligence Phase I investigation. <br /> Investigatory activities to be conducted on the site will consist of advancing one soil boring -o a <br /> depth of approximately 75 feet below surface grade to collect soil and grounC water samples.At the <br /> conelusior)of the investigatory activities,the borings will be properly abandoned under permit v lith <br /> the original grade restored and the surface properly repaired to preexisting conditions. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the activities at the 2900 East Harding <br /> Way site, shall be shared between West Coast Tomato and Don or Ted Packer up to a pre-agreed <br /> upon amount, and will be conducted under permit in a timely manner upon approval by the E1fD. <br /> All affected tenants of the site will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activi-ies, <br /> which will be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> Y <br /> Prope et Date <br /> Please Print Name <br />
