I have attached a waste tire receipt and removal recordkeeping sheet. This sheet is to be used to document the removal or delivery of used/waste tires when the tires are transported by an unregistered hauler in quantities of 9 or less. If a manifest is received for a pickup,then this sheet does not need to be filled out. The removal of 10 or more tires requires the use of a registered hauler and the receipt of a manifest. In the previous set of regulations, no recordkeeping was required for the transport of used/waste tires in quantities of 9 or less by an unregistered hauler. The current regulations require that the recordkeeping sheet be filled out in this situation. As long as East Bay Tire Company is providing a manifest for every pickup,you do not have to fill this sheet out.
