i <br /> ArBIENETO, INC. <br /> September 10, 2014 <br /> SUBJECT: PROPERTY OWNER'S AUTHORIZATION FOR PHASE,II <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT, 10842 SOUTH HARLAN <br /> ROAD, FRENCH CAMP, CALIFORNIA <br /> This letter presents a Site Access Agreement ("agreement") between me, the property owner, and <br /> Pape Properties, Inc. ("Pape") regarding my property, San Joaquin Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 19333028. Pape requests permission to enter the Site to conduct a Limited Phase 11 <br /> Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the property. <br /> Site Address 10842 S. 1-larlan Road, French Camp, CA <br /> Property Owner Stephen Beneto / Beneto Inc. <br /> The property has been used for past agricultural and industrial uses and is located near petroleum <br /> underground storage tanks, one existing and others that have been abandoned or removed, and a <br /> military base that is known to have contaminated the regional groundwater. Upon completion of the investigation, Authorized Parties <br /> will restore the property as near as practicable to its condition immediately prior to investigative <br /> activities. <br /> Pape has assumed responsibility for costs to conduct the limited ESA, including geotechnical <br /> work, permitting, drilling, laboratory testing, on-site work to gather the samples, and <br /> summarizing the findings.
