Prime Table Training for Environmental Health addendum <br /> 1. Managers and all remaining staff have been trained on the Emergency Response/Contingency <br /> Plan and Trained on what to do should such an emergency present itself. <br /> 2. Managers and all remaining staff have trained on our Spill Notification Procedures. Managers <br /> will be informed and coordinate in the event of a spill. <br /> 3. Managers and all remaining staff have been trained on our Spill Response Procedures. If <br /> Possible, Managers on duty will coordinate and execute as needed. <br /> 4. All employees(including newly hired staff)will be trained in safety procedures in the event of a <br /> release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the <br /> following procedures. <br /> (A) Immediate notification to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br /> unified program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm <br /> or damage to persons, property or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> This training shall be documented and shall be made available for a minimum of 3 years. <br /> We will immediately provide employee training for newly hired staff. <br />
