As you've suggested, I 've
attached some written correspondence between DTSC and the property owner
, Mr. Barber (4599 Manthey Road, Stockton, CA - referred to as Equinoa
Property) . I don't have in my possession any NFA and/or closure report.
We did go to DTSC and the RWQCB for a file review and did not find a
closure report other than older CERCLA and DTSC reports as well as these
letters that I am forwarding on to you.
Apparently, the July 17, 2001 letter was a response to Mr. Barber
request on plans to develop that property, this letter alludes to
changes to post-closure conditions on that property will require
California Integrated Waste Management Board approval. You did mention
that you would talk with your supervisor regarding our moving forward
with drilling and asbestos sampling on the property adjacent to this
site.
Please stay in touch regarding this site and our procedure for moving
forward, our intention is to drill as soon as possible. A workplan and
permit application as well as a fee of $368 will be coming as soon as I
hear from you.
Thanks.
Vern A.
