Soil cuttings or investigation derived waste(IDW)will be placed in drums and temporary storage
on the site pending the receipt of analytical results.
Reporting
Following completion of the field and laboratory investigation activities, we will prepare a report. The
report will summarize the investigation methodology and will present the results of the chemical analysis
of the soil and/or groundwater samples. In addition to presenting our findings, the report will also include our conclusions and
recommendations, based on the results of the laboratory analyses, that we deem prudent for further
assessment activities if warranted. The laboratory analytical reports for the soil sample analyses will be
appended to the report. Final copies of the report will include two bound copies and an electronic copy
(PDF)sent to the client.
Schedule
Due to the expedited fieldwork requested by the client, drilling is tentatively scheduled for May 1,2014.
CLOSING
If you have any questions or if we may be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office
at(559)348-2200.
S`pNAL Gtr Respectfully submitted,
5
0o KRAZAN&ASSOCIATES,INC.
o c
a MICHAEL .BOWERY N-► L J4.x)6s%
* Exp.S /
N No.5027 `Q
 Michael Bowery,PG No.5027
STS Ap C^ OQ` Environmental Division Manager
I
Arthur C.Farkas,IEA 07818
Environmental Division Manager
KRAZAN&ASSOCIATES,INC.
With Offices Serving the Western United States
014-14075 San Joaquin Hospital Fronch Camp Workplan FINAL
