Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Elena
In regards to your inspection on 9/21/2015 this letter will address all of your concerns and
documented violations that you noted. Some of them could have been addressed on site but the
person you contacted at the facility is only in charge of receiving for the warehouse and was not
familiar with a lot of the items you addressed. He is not a manager as you noted in your report.
In addition he just returned from open heart surgery, is very hard of hearing and was unable to
point you in the right direction. Ron Randle, our Pressroom Manager coordinates all reporting
and management of materials for our press. He only works nights but can re-arrange his
schedule to meet you there if you have any follow up. Most of the documentation was on site
during your visit but Keith Bloomquist wasn't aware of its location or what you were looking
for. We have since shown Keith where all of it is but Ron is still able to provide more
information. I will address each area noted.
102: Analysis was on site and items in question were marked on the back side of the barrels. The
two 55 gallon containers were good ink used by the press and not paint. The fluid in the 5 gallon
container is used in the printing process, is not hazardous and acts as a contained system when
operating the press. We have turned the barrels around and documented as required.
109: Signed copies of manifests were on site but Keith didn't know where they were. We have
organized to make it easier if someone shows up unannounced in the future.
112: Consolidated Manifesting Receipts were on site but Keith didn't know where they were.
We have organized to make it easier if someone shows up unannounced in the future.
117: Data was reported & submitted online by Cassandra Gaither in February. She left the
company shortly after that. We didn't realize that it wasn't accepted. We have since reassigned
reporting and resubmitted on 10/1. It was accepted on 10/5.
301: Any open items were capped and fixed. Items in questioned are part of a closed system in
operating the press. Any waste was disposed of properly and documented.
303: Eye wash has been fixed and policies for testing have been put in place.
a
OCT 2 2 2015
ENVIH0,NfoEN i-A L
HFX-rwnf-D,40rl JrA
