CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PIS-89-92 <br /> Gico Farms ( Steve Gikas ) <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. A 10 ' wide roadway dedication is required on Lone Tree <br /> Road along the frontage of Parcel 1 . <br /> C. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" <br /> on Parcel Map. <br /> d . The frontage improvements for Lone Tree Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way rural street across <br /> Parcel 1 . The construction of the frontage improvements <br /> may be deferred at the option of the Department of Public <br /> Works, in which event the owner shall execute a Deferred <br /> Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $250 . 00 fee is required for processing <br /> per Ord . No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and an engineer ' s estimate with a drawing of the required <br /> frontage improvements on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Public Works Department. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. The Environmental Health Division has no conditions to <br /> impose on this minor subdivision providing the final <br /> recorded parcel map has a net .remaining of three (3) <br /> acres . <br />
