Hunter Street, in the City <br /> of Stockton (APN 139-053-14) on the northeast corner of North EI Dorado Street and <br /> E. Flora Street has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD). The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances (soil <br /> over-excavation and removal), which has contaminated the site from an unauthorized <br /> release associated with the UST system previously located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Local UST Oversight Program; <br /> has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with Local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the <br /> contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at EHD, 304 E. Weber Street, <br /> Third Floor, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a <br /> written request by any member of the public is not received by EHD by 5:00 p.m. <br /> Wednesday December 24, 2003 the tentative decision shall become final on that <br /> date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to EHD at 304 E.
