I need a copy of the board's approval letter,the work plan, with maps, a check or a confirmation letter showing that it was electronically deposited, and a signed permit. We should be able to use the same MFR from before if nothing has changed. Fees will be$375 inspection activity fee,$125 for the boring permit and 8 times$125 for the wells. That looks like$1500 to me, but I have been wrong before. If all the work is on one parcel, then this should be correct. If the work is on more than one parcel,that means things change, and it will probably be more. (Let me know if more than one parcel is involved.) 2
