My very busy field work next week (a short week) will not allow much time in the office to process your submittals and still meet your 'requested' start date. any late submittals that are NOT correct/complete delays my processing and could delay your start time. you should know that the EHD does NOT confirm drilling start dates on permits NOT yet issued. I suggest that if you do not have all the correct paperwork to me by July 8th, you re- schedule your start date and advise me of that new date. I did a quick check of the submittal and noticed that the TOP section of the Master File Record (MFR) was NOT completed. Please complete the top section (LANDOWNER) of the MFR and provide a contact name and phone number of its representative. also, the signature at the bottom of the MFR, who is that?
