("Metalsa"). The borings and sampling performed by Metalsa's <br /> environmental consultant ENVIRON, were completed in accordance with the approved <br /> Well Permit Application Number 60410 issued by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department on July 7, 2010. See enclosed Attachment 1. <br /> The enclosed information was prepared as part of an environmental due diligence <br /> review of the Property at the time of Metalsa's acquisition of the Property from the <br /> former owner, Dana Corporation, in 2010.
