In case of <br /> clear emergency security should dial 911. If the situation allows, security should also <br /> contact the Plant Manager and Operations Supervisor. <br /> Security should not disable the Truck Gate so that the Operations Supervisor and/or Plant <br /> Manager can enter the plant if necessary. <br /> Security should proceed to the admin building with all safety gear including escape respirator <br /> and radio. Security should note the direction of the windsock as they exit. <br /> If the main siren has sounded, security should first trip the HVAC for the admin building <br /> and then view the C12 monitor screens. Security should report C12 monitor readings and <br /> windsock direction to the Plant Manager and/or Operations Supervisor. Further direction <br /> will be provided to security by the Plant Manager and/or Operations Supervisor. Depending <br /> on the situation security may be directed to shelter in place, evacuate, or return to man the <br /> front gate. <br /> The Plant Manager or Operations Supervisor will come to the plant to serve as OSIC and <br /> activate the Leak Investigation Process or the Incident Command System and the ERT, <br /> depending on the severity of the situation. <br /> 7.4 Reportable Quantity Notification Phone numbers <br /> National Response Center 1-800-424-8802 1st call <br /> Local emergency response 911 2" call <br /> San Joaquin OES (PA) 209-953-6200 3r call <br /> California EMA 800-852-7550 or 916-845-8911 4 call <br /> San Joaquin EHD (CUPA) 209-468-34205` call <br /> 8.0 Emergency Medical Response <br /> The OSIC will initially identify the level of medical response needed and will request off-site <br /> medical assistance as needed. <br /> Patients who have been contaminated with hazardous materials must be decontaminated prior to <br /> contact with medical personnel. Gross decontamination procedures should be followed as closely <br /> as possible to ensure the safety of the emergency medical personnel and the receiving hospital. <br /> The Tracy site is not equipped with medical monitoring equipment. In the event of Emergency <br /> response, the site will request that the Tracy Fire Department perform medical monitoring of the <br /> Emergency response entry teams. <br />
