Manifests from "McCoy Truck Tire Service Center, Inc." and "Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC." <br /> (GCR)were available for review. <br /> 3.) 2 CTLS (1000801-5254973A, 1000801-5254951 A)from "Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC." had <br /> load date in WTMS reported as one day later than CTL on site. 1 CTL (1000801-5607168A) had load date in <br /> WTMS reported as 5 days later than CTL on site. <br /> 4.)Waste tires were counted directly. 27 waste (used) tires were stored inside of the shop. 2 waste tires were <br /> stored outdoors on the south side of the shop. 17 waste (used)tires were stored inside of a container located on <br /> the southeast side of the shop (outside). <br /> 5.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Pete Cameron (VP of Operations). <br /> 6.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 7.) Facility only stores it's waste tires at this location. <br /> 8.) Inspection report will be emailed to pcameron@jsgtrucking.com <br />
