The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Local Health District <br /> before submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material , unless a permit requirement is exempt per U.B .C. , <br /> Appendix, Section 7003. <br /> 3. The Development Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped.
