The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. The floor area of the truck wash shall be served by one or <br /> more floor drains which shall drain to an approved grease <br /> and oil separator. The separator shall have prior <br /> approval by the Local Health District before submission to <br /> this Division for permits and meet all the criteria for <br /> hazardous waste generation. <br /> C. A one-hour firewall is required between Building A ( office <br /> and Building B ( truck wash) . <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the <br /> U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements . " <br />
