CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PAY COLDANI <br /> MS-90 66 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Ordinance P.equirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> b. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder " on <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> C. A Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this <br /> development . (The fee currently is $5 , 948 . 00 per 1 , 000 <br /> square foot of building as a classification of 7542 in the <br /> Lodi area . The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record . ) Resolution R-89-946 suspends <br /> collection of the fee until February 1 , 1990 , which has been <br /> continued until February 21 , 1990 , at which time the Board <br /> may adopt reduced Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees which would <br /> be effective 60 days thereafter . <br /> d . The owner of APN 055-150-03 shall provide a twenty-five <br /> foot ( 25 ' ) wide access easement and execute an Irrevocable <br /> Offer to Dedicate a twenty-five foot ( 25 ' ) wide along the <br /> south line of that parcel from Thornton Road to the east <br /> line of Parcel # 1. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Conditions of_ Approval : <br /> a. A long term lease agreement regarding the subject parcels is <br /> required . <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project .
