EXHIBIT "A" TO COLDANI - WOODBRIDGE IRRIGATION DISTRICT EASEMENT That certain real property situated in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, described as follows : That portion of the following described parcel of land lying South of the South line of the Western Pacific Railroad Company proper- ty as acquired by deed recorded August 13 , 1927 in Vol. 191 of Official Records , page 358, San Joaquin County Records , and described as follows : A tract of land situated in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, in Sections fourteen (14) and fifteen (15) , Township three (3) North, Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and more particularly described as follows : COMMENCING at a point in the North line of Section thirteen (13) Township three (3) North, Range five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, bearing Westerly 2352.5 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section thirteen (13) ; thence South 0°10' East, 1865 . 7 feet to iron pipe at property corner; thence along property line, South 89°31' West, 2238 .0 feet to an iron pipe at property corner; thence along , property line South 0°10' East, 1374.5 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the Vail property; thence along the South line of Vail property South 89°31' West, 1082. 7 feet to an iron pipe at fence corner at the true point of beginning of the following described tract; thence from said true point of beginning along the South line of the Vail property as follows : South 89031' West, 2365 . 0 feet; South 89°25 ' West, 4402 .8 feet to an iron pipe ; due South 19. 14 feet to an iron pipe; South 89025 ' West, 847.0 feet to an iron pipe at the most Southerly corner of the 171.75 acre tract conveyed to R. C. Coldani, by deed recorded in Vol. 231 of Official Records , page 331; thence along the East line of said 171. 75 acre tract as follows : North 15023 ' East, 155 feet; North 46057 ' East, 1220 feet; North 29°10' East, 190 feet; North 7°01' East, 230 feet; North 0013 ' West, 1960 feet to a point in the center line of the Terminous Road; thence along the center line of the Terminous Road, North 89054' East, 6025 feet to an iron spike in pavement in line with fence Northerly • and Southerly; thence along fence line South 9°28 ' East, 3299 feet to the true point of beginning. EXCEPT THEREFROM all that portion lying Easterly of the Westerly line of the land described in the deed to the State of California recorded April 10, 1970 in Book 3383 page 261 Official Records . ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM all that portion lying Westerly of the Easterly line of the land described in the deed to the State of ' California recorded August 31, 1977 in Book 4301 page 719 Official Records .
