This training was provided by Civil Engineer#C57707: Michael Vlach, PE, owner of <br /> Foothill Engineering. His telephone number is(916)729-5184. <br /> Michael is in charge of oversight and Annual training of all Lube Employees. <br /> During the past several months, Michael has developed new monthly and daily inspection logs <br /> for Lube bay safety and for the above ground storage tank in accordance with 40 CFR part 112. <br /> Michael has also helped me with the final completion of the <br /> Tier I- SPCC template to insure accuracy.
