One 55 gallon metal drum 3/4 full of waste oily water and one 55 gallon metal drum 1/3 full of waste <br />absorbent pads are both missing a start accumulation date. Waste is allow to be stored on site for up to <br />90 days (3 months) of start accumulation date. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br />following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties, 4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since it cannot be determined how long the oily water and waste absorbent pads have <br />been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under <br />manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to EHD. <br />ALL END STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
