I <br /> have attached a waste tire receipt and removal recordkeeping sheet. This sheet is to be used to document the removal <br /> or delivery of used/waste tires when the tires are transported by an unregistered hauler in quantities of 9 or less. If a <br /> manifest is received for a pickup, then this sheet does not need to be filled out. The removal of 10 or more tires <br /> requires the use of a registered hauler and the receipt of a manifest. In the previous set of regulations, no <br /> recordkeeping was required for the transport of used/waste tires in quantities of 9 or less by an unregistered <br /> hauler. The current regulations require that the recordkeeping sheet be filled out in this situation. <br /> To summarize: <br /> -you receive a manifest for a pickup/delivery= No log required <br /> -you do not receive a manifest because the tires were removed from the facility in a manner not requiring <br /> manifestation= log required (for this pickup) <br /> If you have any questions or concerns,you can respond to this email, or call me at 209-468-3284, and I will get back to <br /> you as soon as possible. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Harprit S.
