One other type of form <br /> is called EDT(Electronic Date Transfer) that I do not have access to to give an example, because some <br /> businesses use approved in-house invoices that are custom to individual businesses. I believe that the companies <br /> you do business with use both types of forms. <br /> The EDT will have a State of California stamp in a circular shape, with the words Electronic Date Transfer around <br /> the circle. If this is the form your vendor uses, you'll see it on the form. Otherwise, the CTLs forms are a 1/4 sheet <br /> white and light blue receipt.
