Secondary containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon <br /> installation, 6 months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter; result shall be <br /> received by this office within 30 days of the completion of the test. <br /> 10. This permit expires on the June 30, 2004 if the tanks and associated piping are not <br /> placed in the ground. Please note that this review is based on HSC 25290.2. for <br /> underground storage tanks installed on or after July 1, 2003 and before July 1, 2004.
