The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement , prior to approval of the Parcel Map . No. 3337 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed and an engineer' s estimate with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department . ) <br /> C . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" <br /> on the Parcel Map, or labeled as Parcel #1 with "Remainder" . <br />
