PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 31,2008,Interstate Bakeries Corporation,Armour and Main Redevelopment Corporation,Baker's Inn Quality Baked Goods,LLC,IBC Sales Corporation,IBC Services,LLC,IBC Trucking,LLC,Interstate Brands Corporation,New England Bakery Distributors, L.L.C.,and Mrs. Cubbison's Foods,Inc. (collectively,the"Debtors")filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri (the"Court")the Disclosure Statement With Respect to the Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Interstate Bakeries Corporation and its Affiliated Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession Dated October 31,2008 (the "Disclosure Statement")for use in soliciting acceptances or rejections of the Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Interstate Bakeries Corporation and its Affiliated Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession Dated October 31,2008 (the"Plan") from holders of certain impaired claims who are(or may be)entitled to receive distributions under the Plan. Unless otherwise defined herein,capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan consists of nine separate plans jointly proposed and filed by each of the Debtors listed above,and the terms for each individual plan will be binding on all holders of claims against the respective Debtor should the individual plan with respect to that Debtor be confirmed by the Court.
