FOUND THAT: <br /> A• Due and <br /> proper notice of the Motion has <br /> been given, and no other or further notice is required; <br /> B. Sufficient cause exists to <br /> extend the time <br /> within which the Debtors must elect to assume or reject <br /> the Unexpired Lease, because, among other things : <br /> i) The Debtors are actively considering <br /> whether to assume and assign or reject the <br /> Unexpired Lease; <br /> ii) The Debtors require an extension to <br /> itate the Debtors ' abilit facil- <br /> Chapter 11 1' to complete the <br /> b <br /> remaining employeesangofe <br /> Ing <br /> the <br /> Debtors <br /> to conduct the Dm which <br /> ebtors ' business; <br /> iii) The Unexpired Lease is an important asset <br /> of the Debtors; and <br /> iv) The Debtors have been timely <br /> ming <br /> all of their obligations under ethe rUnex- <br /> pired Lease in accordance with section <br /> 365 (d) (3) of the Bankruptcy Code. <br /> C. The relief requested in the Motion is <br /> appropriate to assist the liquidation of the Debtors ' <br /> business and in the best interests of the Debtors ' es- <br /> tates, creditors, and interest holders; and it is there- <br /> fore <br /> ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT: <br /> 1 .
