Impaired Classes That Have Voted To Accept <br /> the Plan . As evidenced by the Voting Report, which certi- <br /> fied both the method and results of the voting, Class Five, <br /> Class Seven and Class Nine have each accepted the Plan <br /> pursuant to the requirements of sections 1124 and 1126 of <br /> the Bankruptcy Code. Thus, at least one impaired class of <br /> Claims has voted to accept the Plan. <br /> 6 <br />
