(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Phase H Site <br /> Assessment Report for the property at 2 West Lockeford Street, Lodi, California. The work was <br /> performed as part of a due diligence effort to investigate areas of potential environmental concern <br /> at the site, identified through a Phase I investigation of the property. <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements for the investigation of <br /> underground storage tank(UST)sites were used as guidelines for the investigation. The location of <br /> the site and its surroundings are illustrated in Figure 1; a plan of the site including boring locations <br /> is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTIONBACKGROUND <br /> The purpose of the investigation was to test for the presence or absence of suspected contaminants <br /> in the areas of identified potential concern associated with a former automobile sales and service <br /> establishment that operated at the subject property.Potential concerns included the possible releases <br /> of petroleum hydrocarbons and solvents related to the existing hydraulic lifts,former USTs,former <br /> dispenser,existing clarifier,former battery storage area and former paint booth area on the site.The <br /> scope of work included advancement of ten probe borings to collect soil samples for laboratory <br /> analysis. <br /> The site is located at the southwest corner of the intersection between West Lockeford Street and <br /> North Sacramento Street, in the northeast portion of the City of Lodi, San Joaquin County, <br /> California;it is situated in an area of mixed commercial,light industrial and residential use.The site <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
