Lodi Food and Liquor
Job #20-0166
Page 4
INVESTIGATION LIMITATIONS
CTE's investigation was performed using the degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised, under similar circumstances, by reputable Soils Engineers and Geologists
practicing in this or similar localities. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is
made as to the conclusions and professional advice included in this report. It should
be noted that this study was not designed to determine the vertical or lateral extent
of any petroleum hydrocarbon contamination detected onsite, but rather to evaluate
the potential presence or absence of such contamination.
The samples obtained for testing and the observations made are believed
representative of the entire project. However, soil and geologic conditions can vary
significantly between boreholes and surface exposures. It is possible that further
investigation may reveal additional information which may differ from that identified
in the preliminary subsurface exploration.
The findings of this report are valid as of this date. Changes in the condition of a
property can occur with the passage of time, whether they be due to natural
processes or the works of man on this or adjacent properties. In addition, changes
in the state-of-the-art and/or government codes may occur. Due to such changes,
the findings of this report may be invalidated wholly, or in part, by changes beyond
our control. This report has not been prepared or intended for use by parties and
projects other than those referenced in this report. It may not contain sufficient
information for other parties or other purposes.
REFERENCES
California State Water Resources Control Board.
