These materials were placed in <br /> the waste storage drum and it was picked up by Environmental Logistics on July 13, <br /> 2012,on Manifest Tracking#010387123 JJK. The disposal receipts are attached. All <br /> other manifests for hazardous waste during the last three years are also attached. <br /> Items 402 and 403 <br /> Used booms in plastic bags were placed in hazardous waste storage drum. <br /> Item 404 <br /> Container of oily liquidd was covered and has been disposed of with other <br /> materials. Evergreen Environmental picked up our used oil on July 26, 2012. The receipt <br /> for this pick up is on Work Order#653714. <br /> Item 605 <br /> Bags of oily boom and absorbent material were consolidated into the 55 gallon <br /> drum which was labeled with an appropriate hazardous waste label. These materials <br /> were disposed of on July 13, 2012. Manifest Tracking#010387123 JJK is attached. <br /> Item 703 <br /> The "Hazardous Waste Emergency Information" form,provided by the inspector, <br /> was completed and posted next to telephones in the Harbormaster's office and the harbor <br /> maintenance shop.
