These materials were placed in <br /> the waste storage drum and are scheduled to be picked up by Environmental Logistics on <br /> Thursday July 12,2012. The disposal receipt will be forwarded as soon as it is available. <br /> All other manifests for hazardous waste during the last three years are attached. <br /> Items 402 and 403 <br /> Used booms in plastic bags were placed in hazardous waste storage drum. <br /> Item 404 <br /> Container of oily liquid was covered and will be disposed of with other materials. <br /> We are waiting to confirm a pick up date from Evergreen Environmental but expect it <br /> will happen by Monday July 16,2012. <br /> Item 605 <br /> Bags of oily boom and absorbent material were consolidated into the 55 gallon <br /> drum which was labeled with an appropriate hazardous waste label. These materials are <br /> scheduled to be disposed on Thursday July 12, 2012. Manifests and receipts will be <br /> forwarded as soon as available.. <br /> Item 703 <br /> The"Hazardous Waste Emergency Information"form,provided by the inspector, <br /> was completed and posted next to telephones in the Harbormaster's office and the harbor <br /> maintenance shop.
