The diesel primary piping in Under Dispenser Containment(UDC) 7/8 was observed to have a product leak, indicating a leak in the primary piping Technician onsite stated leak could be from the flex pipe connecting the shear valve to the 90 degree elbow connected to the primary product line. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and inspection of the EHD. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by February 24, 2018.
