Grant Line Road <br /> Tracy, CA. 95304 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to replace all (6) new Gilbarco Encore 700s Dispensers and install Bravo <br /> CONV-132000s conversion frames and Encore Deflector Plates on all underground dispenser <br /> containments (UDC) on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. This <br /> permit has been amended from its original version and supersedes the permit issued on the January <br /> 25, 2018. This permit was amended to include the replacement of diesel flexible connector inside the <br /> 7/8 UDC. The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Betty Ho at (209) 468-3455 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a 48- <br /> hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections for <br /> emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Verification of conversion frames installation per the manufacturer's installation instructions. <br /> b. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the UDC sumps and verification that all <br /> potential product piping leaks will be captured in the UDC. <br /> c. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any product leaks. <br /> d. Verification of entire system functionality if ISD program will cause a cold start or changes. <br /> Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been <br /> restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health <br /> & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold <br /> start" of the monitoring system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> e. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating pressure, <br /> or 40 psi, whichever is greater for the following components, or its equivalent: <br /> i. diesel piping inside dispenser 7/8 <br /> Ensure that this test is executed by a SWRQB licensed Tank Tester listed in LG-105 <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 1868 E.
