Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were performed on March 1, 2017 without providing notification to the EHD at least 48 hours in advance. Notification shall be provided to the CUPA at least 48 hours in advance of testing. The EHD will not accept these results and testing must be rescheduled with a 48-hour notification. Testing was last performed on March 2016 and was due by March 2017. Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by July 23, 2017. Monitoring certification performed on March 1, 2017 is not being accepted by the EHD. A 48 hour notice was not provided to the EHD for that inspection and an inspector could not witness the testing because of it. A monitoring certification must be rescheduled and the EHD provided with a 48 hour notice. The EHD inspection will be charged at the hourly rate of the department at the time of the inspection.
