All records for current owner were available and on <br /> site. New ownership as of 6/16/2015 <br /> 207 Designated operator did not perform all required items and or failed to include necessary <br /> documentation to support response to said alarms. <br /> The licensed petroleum contractor and Designated Operator prior to November 2015 has not and did <br /> not respond to calls or messages regarding paper work complete inspections and testing records.We <br /> have been un-officially informed they are no longer in business therefore no records or corrections <br /> could be obtained. <br /> Secondary containment testing date has been corrected to reflect the correct date of March 30, 2015 <br /> from inspections of November 2015 forward to present. <br /> Current Designated operator has corrected the report of February 24, 2016 to show the appropriate <br /> maintenance and response to the L-9 Vent Sump Alarm. Reason for alarm L-9 was due to rain inclusions <br /> into the L-9 Vent box.There have been other incidences during excessive rain fall of inclusions. The <br /> Facility owners have been working on these issues by replacing gaskets covers,etc.Currently Service <br /> Stations systems is under contract to make additional repairs to the L-9 Vapor sump to prevent <br /> inclusions in the future. Corrected report within this response. <br /> 320 Secondary Containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion. <br /> Please refer to response within item 207 as Service Station Systems a licensed petroleum contractor has <br /> been engage to perform the required maintenance and repairs.Scheduled to be completed no later <br /> than April 19, 2016. <br />
