Mr.Riddle remove <br /> cover and discovered water intrusion most likely do to excessive rain storm ofprevrous <br /> Mr. Riddle removed approximately 1.-2 quarts of water from sump verified proper pi <br /> if motutoring sensor and replaced cover. Alarm cleared and,no further,_ `_,. <br /> _Inspected dispenser containment with Manager <br /> Inspected Fill buckets all Manager has been advised to clean-out <br /> Items Requiring Follow-Up Actions: Training of new employee <br /> Training for Angelo Flores Feb 4, 2016 <br /> Instructions: <br /> Monthly visual inspection of the UST system must be conducted by a Designated UST Operator,who <br /> possesses a current"California UST System Operator"certification issued by the International Code <br /> Council. <br /> A copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist must be provided to the UST Owner or Operator,but <br /> not to the State Water Resources Control Board. <br /> The Designated UST Operator must alert the UST Owner or Operator of any condition discovered during <br /> the monthly visual inspection that may require follow-up actions. <br /> The UST Owner or Operator must maintain a copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist and all <br /> attachments for the previous 12 months.
