6.6 Draft and Final PEA Reports <br /> The draft and final PEA Report will include at a minimum: background information, <br /> purpose of the investigation, an evaluation and discussion of findings in general <br /> accordance with DTSC PEA guidelines, a description of the soil types encountered, a site <br /> plan showing the boring locations, summary tables of laboratory test results, laboratory <br /> data sheets with QA/QC, chain of custody documentation, risk evaluation, any <br /> deviations, and conclusions and recommendations. The draft report will be submitted for <br /> DTSC review. The comments received from the DTSC will be incorporated into the final <br /> version of the PEA report. <br /> 7.0 ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE <br /> Public notice of the planned fieldwork will be initiated after approval of the workplan by <br /> the DTSC. Notification to DTSC will occur at least seven days in advance of any <br /> planned fieldwork. Fieldwork will begin approximately ten days (weather permitting) <br /> after approval of this work plan by the DTSC. The field activities outlined above can be <br /> completed in three weeks (weather permitting). Laboratory analyses, data analysis and <br /> report preparation typically require two to four weeks to complete. Additional deeper <br /> and step out samples will take two weeks to sample and two weeks for analysis. <br /> Assuming approval of this workplan by the DTSC by January 15, 2007 sampling should <br /> occur by February 1st,final data analysis completed by March 1st, and a report prepared <br /> by April 15, 2007.
