HLA is conducting <br /> Preliminary Environmental Assessment on behalf of Pacific Gas and Electric Company(PG&E) at <br /> approximately 70 PG&E Gas Dehydrator Stations in northern and central California. This work is being <br /> performed under the regulatory oversight of the Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley <br /> Region(RWQCB). A copy of the RWQCB approval letter is attached. A description of the field <br /> procedures and methods is attached to facilitate your processing of the permits. <br /> Enclosed are a check for$323.00 covering the application fee and Site Mitigation Program fee, a <br /> completed permit application with an attached site plan, a Masterfile Record Information Form and <br /> General Program File Form, a California Licensed Contractor Questionnaire, a copy of the Well Drillers <br /> License with expiration date, a copy of the Workers Compensation certificate of coverage, and a copy of <br /> the well driller's authorization letter to sign permits. <br /> The field work is tentatively scheduled for May 13, 1997. The work will commence at about 8 AM and <br /> will probably take most of the two days to complete. Grout inspections will be scheduled at least 48 <br /> hours prior to the requested inspection date. Your ongoing cooperation on this project is greatly <br /> appreciated by HLA and PG&E.
