NOTES/OBSERVATIONS <br />75. <br />a. 2 sets of 9 samples each were collected on 10-01-99. Set B was given to <br />the plant manager, Pete Warren. Set A was retained by EHD. <br />b. Several photos were taken. A set of prints will be given to the plant <br />manager once it becomes available. <br />c. No brake fluid waste and /or waste flammable liquid (resin) was <br />manifested in 1996, 1997 and 1999. 4 drums (200 gallons) of waste <br />flammable liquid (resin) and 4 drums (200 gallons) of non-RCRA <br />hazardous waste liquid (brake fluid) were manifested on 12-31-98, the <br />manifest number was 98454133. <br />d. This inspection report may be amended later. <br />
