We have on file in our Human Resources Department, the following <br />employee training records with respect to hazardous waste <br />management: <br />• Respirator fit training <br />• Hazardous Chemicals training' <br />• Emergency Evacuation Procedures <br />• Waste water management procedures <br />• Spill Containment procedures. <br />On May 18, 1999, our supervisory and management staff had been <br />provided with our emergency contingency plan that outlines <br />procedures to follow in the event of an accidental spill or release of a <br />hazardous material to the environment. <br />By February 29, 2000, we will establish and maintain our records to <br />include the following information in order to make them more readily <br />available if requested in future audits. <br />• Job title and name of employee(s) whose job responsibilities <br />include hazardous waste management (i.e., generation, handling <br />and storage) <br />• A written job description for each position listed in (a) above which <br />describes the duties and qualifications of each position involved <br />with hazardous waste management; <br />• A written description of the type, amount, and frequency of <br />hazardous waste management training that each position listed in <br />(a) above shall receive. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (209) 467-0490. <br />Sincerely, <br />Pete Warren <br />General Manger <br />
