Nu air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods al;gregating more than <br />three minutes in any one hour which is dark or darker than Ringe mann I or equivalent to 2036 opacity. <br />2. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. <br />3. Debanding oven shall be operatsd and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendation. <br />4. Primary oven temperature shall not exceed 750 degrees F for debonding operation. <br />5. Particulate matter emission concentration from the oven shall not exceed 0.1 gr/scf at 12% CO2. <br />6. The afterburner shall have an operational temperature indicator. <br />7. The afterburner chamber shall be preheated to 1400 degree F prior to startup of the primary chamber or <br />before the primary chamber temperature exceeds 250 degree F. <br />6. The debonding oven shall be used exclusively for processing used brake shoes. <br />9.
