The baghouse shall be equippped with a pressure differential gauge to indicate the pre.sure drop across <br />the bags. The gauge shall be maintained in good working condition at all times and shall be located in <br />an easily accessible location. <br />2. Replacement bags numbering at least 10% of the total number of bags in the largest baghouse using each <br />type of bag shall be maintained on the premises. <br />3. Material removed from dust collector(s) shall be disposed of in a manner preventing entrainment into the <br />atmosphere. <br />4, lite baghouse cleaning frequency and duration shall be adjusted to optimize the control efficiency. <br />5. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. <br />6. No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregatingg more than <br />throe minutes in any one hour which is dark or darker than Ringelmann 1 or equivaIltnt to 2046 opacity. <br />7. No material containing asbestos shall be subject to any grinding and/or abrasive operation. <br />Thio Permit to Operate rernains valid through the permit expiration date listed rtxive, subject to paymcit of annual permit foes and <br />compliance with petmil conditions and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This permit to valid only at the locative <br />gmcifiod shove, and becorms void upon any transfer of ownerJdip or location.
