Cummings of -JOHN P. CUMMINGS & <br />ASSOCIATES (JPCA) was reuaincd to sampic 92 dru1115 of waste w8tct Ntu,ed ;it yuut facility. <br />There was some concern as to the concentration of CAM 17 metals in the waste water. <br />Prior characterization work utilizing EPA Protocol 8270, for hydrocarbon solvents; EPA <br />Protocol SMSO, for PCB's; EPA Protocol 4500tH B for pH; EPA Protocol 1020 for Ignitability <br />and California Dcharttnent of Hcalth Se,viCes (DOHS) 'Biuiway' fur Haiatdous Waste under <br />Title 22 indicated these waste water drums contain";' no "I•Iazardous Waste" as described by <br />Statute. <br />FIELD WORK <br />On Scptcnnber 14, 1999, John P. Cummings of JPCA met with you and James J. Hoblitzell at <br />the site. Two composite samples were collected.
