Those violations were well documented <br />and photographed. A copy of photographs was sent to you along with the revised official <br />inspection report dated November 18, 1999. The representative samples were collected <br />and analyzed by the state certified laboratory. A copy of the result was also included <br />with the revised official inspection report. <br />Please be informed that the accumulation time begins on the date the first drop of <br />hazardous waste is placed in a storage container, not on the date the storage container is <br />inspected or discovered by a local agency, Title 22, Section 66262.34. Please also be <br />informed that the label of a container containing hazardous waste shall contain all <br />informed listed in Title 22, Section 66262.34(f). <br />In your response, you made referral to Title 22, Section 66699. Please be informed that <br />Section 66699 of Title 22 was repealed in 1990.
