iii. Review of records (MSDS, Hazardous Materials/Hazardous <br />Wastes Inventories, operation records and logs, etc); <br />iv. Knowledge of the materials /operations/areas involved in the <br />incident. <br />b. Based on the incident's classification (category/level) initiate <br />emergency response actions in accordance with this EA/CP and <br />limited to the following, <br />For a Level 1 incident (a non -reportable incident) initiate <br />appropriate control and clean-up activities; or <br />ii. For a Level 2 or Level 3 incident (emergency incident <br />levels) IMMEDIATELY DO THE FOLLOWING: <br />Evacuate site personnel in accordance with this <br />EA/CP; and <br />Initiate emergency incident notification procedures in <br />accordance with this EA/CP <br />At no time shall any facility personnel place him/herself or <br />others at risk in an effort to mitigate and control an emergency <br />incident. <br />C. Maintain a written record of any incident reported to the EC, <br />including, at the minimum, the following: <br />I. Time, date and location of the Incident <br />ii. Cause of Incident <br />iii. Incident description and classification <br />iv. Notification information (i.e, who was notified, by whom and <br />at what time) <br />V. Response actions <br />8.2.3 Plant Management <br />1. The Plant Management shall be responsible for insuring that all <br />appropriate facility personnel are trained in emergency response and <br />evacuation procedures .
