TABLE <br />STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION TEAM <br />RESPONSIBILITY <br />NAME <br />F TITLE <br />SMP Coordinator. This person will be responsible for <br />Hubert Fring <br />CEO <br />insuring and certifying on the Annual Report that the site <br />is in compliance with the GENERAL PERMIT requirements. <br />This person must be an owner/operator of the business, <br />or representative of the owner/operator, who has the <br />authority to make resources (i.e, personnel, equipment <br />and funds) available to insure that the site complies with the <br />GENERAL PERMIT requirements <br />SWPPT Leader.
