Several drums of hazardous waste water were not characterized. California Code of Regulation (CCR) <br />66262.11 <br />3. Oily fluid was on the floor in Degreasing Area in Caliper Department which was not maintain to <br />minimize the release of hazardous waste. CCR 66265.31 <br />4. At least 145 drums containing hazardous waste were stored on site longer than 90 days without permit <br />or authorization. HSC 25201(a) and CCR 66262.34(a) <br />5. At least 145 drums containing hazardous waste were not labeled. CCR 66262.34(f) <br />6. At least 145 hazardous waste containers were not closed or tightly lid. CCR 66265.173(a). <br />7.
